Our accountants now also use it to make age analyses. That used to be very difficult. There was no easy way to get the data from NAV. We kept weekly records of the exact inventory levels. On the basis of historical data, we kept track of the exact progress. Now, however, we can simply look at data at different levels of detail. We zoom through to article level and you can immediately see who the supplier is. This enables us to quickly answer questions such as 'Where is it going wrong now?' and 'Where can we better steer our product range?'.

With PPC we want to make the step from Excel to Power BI in the short term. Because many of us still have a lot of knowledge of Excel, we will continue to work with it. It is simply the quickest. Although we have noticed that colleagues who have less experience with Excel are less likely to click open Excel and start working with it. We hope that this will also improve due to the high user-friendliness of Power BI. At that moment we use Business Intelligence across the entire width of the company.
